Use this program to generate account statement documents for a selection of customers for the current month or the previous two months. These statements can be printed, emailed or faxed to the customer. The document type and bill layout used are selected in the Options section.
Key Considerations for Effective Statement Printing Strategies
Select this option to print a separator line consisting of asterisks (***************) between each account on the statement page. This helps to make the statement easier for members to read. It will also increase the number of lines being printed on the statement.
Select this option to allow you to include billing items on the statement that have been entered in a previous month’s cycle and are now past due. This includes finance charges, debit card transactions, and recurring payment information.
